Do you have minimum order amounts?
A Seller may have a minimum order amount for their collection. It will be stated on the seller-profile page.
Do you accept payments through debit and credit cards?
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all common forms of payment methods - Visa, Mastercard, Paypal.
How does the shipping work?
Beyond Bamboo is a multivendor marketplace listing a variety of products made by different sellers, if you order from multiple sellers your items will be delivered separately and may arrive on different days.
Delivery times differ for each individual vendor depending on their location and method of shipping. To see specific delivery rates, click the 'Seller Policy' tab found on each Vendors profile page.
Do you offer international delivery?
Most of our sellers do ship internationally. Go to the sellers profile page and view seller policy tab to see sellers specific shipping details.
Does the international delivery cost include customs charges?
International delivery prices do not include customs charges. Orders being sent to countries outside the UK may be subject to import duties/customs charges, which may delay your order. Please check with the respective Customs Office before placing your order, if you are unsure as to whether this applies to your country. For any enquiries, please contact email@example.com in advance of placing your order.
How much does shipping cost?
Each seller may have different shipping costs. Please check out the seller policy tab in the Seller Profile page. This will give you each seller’s individual shipping cost.
What if I want to return an item?
Check the seller policy for specific return terms, not every item is eligible due to the nature of the product. If you are not happy with an item, please contact us with the issue so we can liaise with the seller to confirm eligibility Please follow the link to read more about our refund policy. How do I make changes to an order?
If you have made a mistake on an order, for example, the wrong size or delivery address please contact us as soon as possible. The best option is to email us straight away at email@example.com. If the order has not been fulfilled, we can inform and request the seller to amend the order shipment. If the order has already been fulfilled, you will need to request it as an/exchange.
Returns and Refunds?
Each Beyond Bamboo Vendor has their own Returns & Exchange policy which you can find on any Vendors Profile page in the 'Seller Policies' tab. Returns must also meet the Vendors' own Return policy and the below terms.

Is the packaging sustainable?
Most of our sellers ship their goods plastic free. Please let us know if the packaging includes any single use plastic so that we can work with the seller to change this.
How do you know your products are environmentally friendly and sustainable?
Every company that lists their products on Beyond Bamboo has been vetted by a member of our team. We make sure we ask the sellers the important questions to find out what it is about the products that make them environmentally friendly. Every company listed on Beyond Bamboo is doing something different to reduce its impact on the environment. You can view the Behind the Label story on the Sellers Profile page and on our Home page.
