We are dedicated to making sure you have an enjoyable shopping with us. Here is some information about what to do if you need to return and item to the seller or request a refund or replacementenvironments to work and taking responsibility for their supply chain.

Do Beyond Bamboo Global Sellers offer returns, replacements or exchanges?
Yes, in most cases our sellers do. If you received a damaged or defective item, they could send you a replacement of the same item or refund you the cost or exchange, this depends on what is agreed with the seller when you request the return via the customer dashboard.

Please see the returns policy for list of items that cannot be returned, this does not affect your statutory rights.

When will I get my refund?
It normally takes 14 days to receive your refund after we have processed your return with the seller, Please note, it may take 5-7 business days for your refund to show up on your card or paypal statement once processed.

What can I return?
You may return most unopened, undamaged items within 28 days of delivery. Please see items that are excluded from returns here*

How do I make a return or get a refund?
All refund requests must be processed via your customer dashboard and for returns you can simply email enquiries@beyondbamboo.online.

RETURNS

All returns and refunds must be processed with the seller via the customer dashboard.

Please remember all returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging including tags. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, it may not be accepted by the Seller. 

What is excluded from Returns?

Please note, there are some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable due to the nature of the product. Please check whether an item is non-cancellable before ordering with the seller

The following products cannot be returned under this returns policy (unless defective) This does not impact your statutory rights:
– Products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons, if unsealed by you after delivery. Examples of such items are cosmetics, underwear and earrings.
– Sealed audio or video recordings or of sealed software if unsealed by you after delivery;
– Goods made to your specifications/commissioned or clearly personalised, especially items made to order items and creative pieces such are sculptures and art.
– Software if it has been opened.
– Goods which may deteriorate or expire rapidly, perishable products.

Returns Costs & Methods
The cost of sending an item back to the seller if it’s defective, damaged or incorrect will be provided by the seller subject to an approved notice of the request via your Dashboard.

Statutory Cancellation Right
You have the statutory right to cancel your order and return the item for any reason within 14 days beginning with the day you receive the item. For more information about these rights, you can visit https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2015/15/contents
To see which options are available for your return, go to your Buyer Dashboard and submit your refund and return request.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product isn’t received in new, unopened condition.
If a product becomes defective after 28 days you won’t be able to return the product without prior approval from the seller. Returns after 28 days are at the sellers discretion.

You have additional rights in relation to incorrect, damaged or defective goods. All returns and refunds must be processed with the seller via the customer dashboard.

How long will my refund take?
It normally takes 14 days to receive your refund after we have processed your return with the seller, Please note, it may take 5-7 business days for your actual refund to show up on your card or paypal statement once processed, this is subject to your card processing gateway.

You will be notified on your dashboard when the refund has been processed.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
