Frustrated with the amount of unripe, far from ready mangos in the UK, we were just about ready to write them off – or even worse… to compost them. Moments away from this culinary tragedy, there were rumours on the mango-vine about a scrumptious, Surinamese treat. We revamped the recipe and  combined luscious green mangoes with wholesome fresh chilies, ginger and a secret blend of tantalising spices… Liven up some sushi, eat it straight from the jar for a snack like they do in Suriname, or dollop late & stir into some beef stir-fry.
